A busy month , where students including me got examinations plus folios that should be done by the end of month always make most of students stress since our mindset was shouting like ; STRESS STRESS STRESS ! . Yah, we cant do anything because our mind already be setting up like that , and of course we will feel that so . 


In my way of thinking , stress got ups and down , pros and cons . 

Stress is really important to us because it makes us step forward to our dream . If you are not having a stress, it means you are looking something easy and YOU DON'T HAVE A MOTIVATION TO MOVE FURTHER ! 

I always get stress whenever facing a long weeks of exam . But I change the stress into my motivations to improve my skills . I use my stress as my BIG WHY and MY ABILITY !

From the previous post, I already mentioned that I get E for my Mathematics last year which was just only about 40+marks . I did cry and I regretted and I also got kind of stress .

And nah for the return , I got A- (70+ %) for this latest examinations that is my mid-year examinations , I did improved because of my stress ! I spent my whole day doing many of exercises because I believe that practice makes perfect ! I do find my satisfaction because for me it's hard to get A in Mathematics . So nahh ! stress is reallyy workss ! 

In conclusion , stress is not a big matter . The problem is on YOU ! on how you manage your stress and how you make your stress as your big step to success .
